I’d have like to a syllabus before attending to read through before coming. A few scenarios might be good on DVD to comment on after watching. Very well informed + great rapport from the instructor hearing our questions + guiding our errors sensitively!

Excellent. Much better and more useful than previous courses i’ve been on. Flora has a relaxed approach to delivering the course which enabled the diverse selection of participants all to take a great deal from the course. Her working knowledge and experience was invaluable too.
