Great for anybody who works with, or comes in contact with young children, from professional nursery staff to conscientious grandparents. Our Paediatric First Aid meets the requirements of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Scheme) and we are authorised by many local authorities as paediatric first aid training provider.
First Aid for School Staff is designed for teachers to have a basic understanding of first aid techniques for conditions that they may encounter when looking after children. The course covers primary and secondary care skills.
This one day (6 hour) Paediatric First Aid course is designed to give you basic practical lifesaving first aid skills. This course is suitable for any individual who is involved with children. This course is NOT suitable for current Ofsted or EYFS requirements. Instead, the 2-day (12 hour) course is required.
The Forest Schools First Aid course is totally integrated with the Forest School ethos, rationale and the unique professional requirements of Forest School workers. The content reflects the unique environments in which you work, and the challenges that you can face. It is the course of choice for the professional Forest School practitioner, who wants a custom course designed around their craft and their profession.
The Paediatric First Aid course is suitable for professionals such as nursery and pre-school staff who work with children. It meets Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework requirements and is awarded as a formal and nationally recognised level 3 Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) qualification. No previous first aid experience is required to attend this course.
