Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health issues in the Workplace is becoming more recognised with about 1 in 6 people experiencing Mental Health issues in the workplace. This can lead to stress, underachievement and absences. Until now, this has, to some extent, been suppressed to avoid stigma labelling and fear of the loss of a job. These Mental health courses help employers and fellow staff recognise the symptoms, to start a supportive conversation and to signpost further help.
