Book a First Aid Course

Booking a first aid course with us is quick, simple and very easy.

We have 2 main booking processes, both of which can be done online and completed within minutes.

• In-house courses

In-house course, some times called private or on-site courses, are training events that are delivered at your workplace (or other venue) at a date and time that you specify.  These courses are normally ‘closed’ events, meaning the only people attending are you employees/candidates – however we can also offer any spare places out to our paying public, in which case you get a discount for each spare place taken up.

However, we do have a large number of options that can dramatically reduce the costs of in-house courses, or even generate you (the host) a profit!

The booking process is a simple as 1,2,3

1. Find the course you want to book
   (if you don’t know what to book please contact us for free and impartial advice or have a look at our First Aid Needs Assessment Tool
2. Contact us telling us where and when you want your first aid course delivered and for how many
3. Fill in our online booking form (we will email you a link)

THAT’S IT…. COURSE BOOKED!

We will also send you a Booking Confirmation Letter and some candidate information so you know exactly what to expect and what to bring with you on the day. You can also view the candidate information on-line here

• Public Courses

We host public first aid courses around the UK at our venues.

The booking process for public courses is quick, simple, easy and immediate

The booking process for public courses is a simple as 1,2,3

1. find a course that suits your needs (if you cannot find a course where you are, or on a date that suits you, please let us know and we will do out best to arrange one)
2. Select the amount of places you want to book and follow the instructions to the Checkout where you can make payment (to know what our payment options are place click here)
3. Fill in the On-Line Booking Form
   

   THAT’S IT…. COURSE BOOKED!

You will also receive a series of emails to confirm payment and booking. This process is all automated however we are only a phone call or email away should you needs any more information or have any questions.
